基于图论的风力发电机组齿轮传动系统效率分析

摘要 传动效率对风力发电机传动箱的工作性能具有直接影响。根据增速箱传动系统中各构件之间的关系,将传动系统分解为最基本的轮系。利用复接头图画表示法与基本回路方法对定轴轮系和2K-H行星轮系的传动效率进行分析,建立了定轴轮系和行星轮系的传动效率方程式,并计算了1.5MW风力发电机传动系统的效率,为风力发电机组齿轮传动系统的设计提供理论参考。 The efficiency of the gear transmission system for the wind-driven generator has significant influence on the capacity of the generator. According to the structure character the gear transmission is divided into the basic gear trains. The basic gear trains include the fixed-shaft gear train and 2K-H epicycle gear train. A method is employed to analyze the efficiency of the different gear train. This method is based on graph theory and the methodology of fundamental circuits. The mathematic models present expressing the efficiency of the two basic gear trains are presented with the basic theory of graph. The efficiency of the gear transmission system for the 1.5MW wind-driven generator is developed with this method and the result reveals that the method can provide the reference for the design of the wind-driven generator.
