摘要
针对目前电梯曳引机扭振测试方法的不足,提出了曳引机扭振测试的新方法,即齿栅测试法。应用作者张光辉的发明专利"微机对脉冲信号的细分与辨向的新方法",具体阐述了齿栅测试新方法的原理与实现过程。下位机应用电路的模块化设计,上位机采用双线程的执行体系,并通过USB端口实现下位机与上位机的数据传输。进行了该方法的仿真测试试验,结果验证了该方法的正确性与可行性。该方法弥补了目前曳引机扭振测试方法的不足,具有可长时间连续测试的特点。
As for the present deficiencies in the tensional vibration testing method of the elevator traction machine,a new method,the gear-grating testing method,to the tensional vibration testing of the traction machine has been put forward. The author's invention patent,' A new method to the subdivision and discriminating direction of the impulse signal by micro-compute' ,has been applied. The theory and implementation procedure of a gear-grating testing method has been expounded specifically. The modularized design of the circuit has been applied to the down-machine and the double-thread implement system has been adopted to the up-machine. The USB communication has been adopted to implement the data transmission between down machine and up machine. The simulated test of the new method has been carried out,and the result proves the correctness and feasibility of the new method. This method covers the shortage of the present tensional vibration testing method of the traction machine. Furthermore,it can be tested continuously for long time.
