摘要
针对我国常用玻化微珠存在的质量缺陷,采取骨料复合、颗粒级配、外掺引气剂等手段对玻化微珠保温砂浆的性能进行了优化研究,并探讨了各组分材料对保温砂浆性能的影响。实验结果表明,通过优化配合比,复掺膨胀珍珠岩保温骨料,掺入引气剂和粉煤灰可以明显改善玻化微珠保温砂浆的综合性能。
On the quality problem of the vitrified mierosphere in common-use, some measures to optimize the properties of vitrified micrlsphere insulation mortar were used, such as composite aggregate, suitable particle grading admixed with air entraining agent and so on. The effects of the components on the properties of the insulation mortar was discussed. The result show that, by optimizing the mix proportion and blended with expanded pearlite and increasing insulation aggregate, the fly ash powder admixed with air entraining agent can obviously improve the comprehensive properties of mortar.
