摘要
采用铁炭微电解法处理顺酐和芳香醛混合废水,考察了各种因素对废水处理效果的影响。研究结果表明,在铁炭体积比为1:1、顺酐与芳香醛废水体积比为4:1、混合废水 pH 为2.5、水力停留时间为30 min、曝气时间为180 min 的条件下,COD 去除率大于75%。顺酐和芳香醛废水的混合相当于一种酸性废水和碱性废水的混合,节省了微电解前调节废水 pH 的酸用量。
The mixed wastewater of maleic anhydride and aromatic aldehyde was treated by Fe-C microelectrolytic process, and the different factors affecting the treatment were studied. The removal rate of COD is over 75 % when the volume ratio of Fe/C is 1 : 1, the volume ratio of maleic anhydride wastewater to aromatic aldehyde wastewater is 4 : 1, the mixed wastewater pH is 2.5, HRT is 30 min, and the aeration time is 3 h. Maleic anhydride wastewater is an acidic wastewater and aromatic aldehyde wastewater is a basic wastewater. The mixing of the two wastewaters can reduce the dosage of acid in the regulation of wastewater pH before the treatment by microelectrolysis.
