摘要
介绍了与环境微生物关键降解酶基因的筛选、克隆及应用相关的分子生物技术,包括聚合酶链式反应技术、基因重组技术、荧光原位杂交技术和生物信息学等技术,并对这些技术在污染物降解基因检测、筛选和克隆方面的应用进行了闸述与探讨。
The molecular biotechnologies for searching, cloning and application of the key contaminant- degrading enzyme genes are presented, such as polymerizing enzyme chain reaction, gene recombination, fluorescence in situ hybridization, and biology information. The application of molecular biotechnologies in detecting, selecting and cloning of contaminant-degrading genes is also discussed.
