摘要
目的研究上皮性钙粘附素、β-连环素在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达情况,探讨其表达与上皮性卵巢癌各项临床病理指标、肿瘤转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测正常卵巢,良性、交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤,上皮性卵巢癌及其转移灶组织中上皮性钙粘附素、β-连环素的表达。结果上皮性钙粘附素在正常卵巢组织表达缺失,在上皮性卵巢癌的表达明显低于良性、交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤(P<0.05),上皮性钙粘附素在上皮性卵巢癌的表达随组织学分化的降低而减少(P<0.05),随临床分期的增加而降低(P<0.05),术后残留癌>2cm则上皮性钙粘附素的表达明显降低(P<0.05)。β-连环素在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达较正常卵巢及良性、交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤明显升高(均P<0.05),在交界性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达亦高于正常卵巢组织与卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤(均P<0.05);β-连环素在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的表达明显高于卵巢黏液性囊腺癌及卵巢内膜样癌(均P>0.05),并随组织学分化的降低而升高(P<0.05)。上皮性钙粘附素、β-连环素在上皮性卵巢癌转移灶的表达较原发灶明显增强(均P<0.05)。结论上皮性钙粘附素、β-连环素在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,两者可随肿瘤的转移而发生改变,两者联合检测可更好地评价上皮性卵巢癌的预后,为临床治疗方案提供理论依据。
Objective Discuss the relationship between the expressions of E-cadherin, beta-catenin and the clinic pathology of epithelial ovarian cancer as well as the transferment. Methods The expression of E-cadherin and beta-catenin was detected with immunohistochemistry staining in ovarian cancer and metastatic lesions, borderline ovarian tumors, benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues. Results The expression of E-cadherin was negative in normal ovarian tissues. The expression of E-cadherin in ovarian cancers was obvious lower than that in benign and borderline ovarian tumors (P 〈 0.05). The expression of E-cadherin was significantly decreased in the poorly differentiated tumor and in the advanced ovarian cancers (P 〈 0.05), and also in the residual sizes 〉 2cm (P 〈 0.05). On the contrary, the expression of beta-catenin in ovarian cancers was obviously high compared with its expression in different ovarian tissues (P 〈 0.05). Its expression in borderline ovarian tumors was higher than that in normal ovaries and benign ovarian tumors (P 〈0.05). Compared with the expression in mucous cystic adenocarcinoma and endometrioid carcinoma, beta-catenin had the highest positive expression in serous cystic adenocarcinoma (P 〈 0.05). It was up regulated along with the progressing of differentiation stages (P 〈 0.05). The immunoreactivity for E-cadherin and beta-catenin was significantly increased in the metastatic lesions of ovarian carcinoma compared with the respective primary lesions (P〈 0.05). Conclusion E-cadherin and beta-catenin played very important roles in the happening and development of epithelial ovarian cancers. The united examination can evaluate the prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancers well. E-cadherin and beta-catenin may be changed with the transferring of epithelial ovarian cancers. The result can provid the theoretical evidence for the better treatment.
