ESWL配合体位排石治疗肾结石218例疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)现已成为泌尿系结石的首选治疗方法,由于大部分肾结石无明显症状,就诊者绝大部分为输尿管结石,肾结石易被忽视。我院自2006年3月至2008年5月共行ESWL术治疗1180例尿路结石患者,其中输尿管结石962例、肾结石218例。本文对218例肾结石患者的资料作回顾性分析,旨在探讨ESWL配合体位排石治疗肾结石的疗效。
