Relationship Between Undergraduate Students’Life Events and Cognitive Emotion Regulation and Depression

摘要 目的:探讨大学生生活事件、认知情绪调节与抑郁三者之间的关系。方法:运用生活事件量表(ASLEC)、认知情绪调节问卷(Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,CERQ)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对吉林省4所高校的900名大学生进行调查。结果:学习压力、人际关系和健康适应对大学生影响较大,学生较多运用积极设想、容忍、积极调整和沉思默想等认知情绪调节策略;相关分析及回归分析结果发现,生活事件对抑郁既有直接影响,同时,也通过积极、消极的认知情绪调节策略影响大学生的抑郁。结论:生活事件、认知情绪调节和抑郁之间有着密切的联系,认知情绪调节在大学生生活事件与抑郁之间起中介作用。 Objective: To explore the relationship between undergraduate students’ life events and cognitive emotion regulation and depression. Methods: 900 undergraduate students in Jilin province were asked to complete life events, cognitive emotion regulation and depression tests. Results: Academic pressure, inter-personal relationship and health had more influences on students. The students tended to use the cognitive emotion regulation tactics of positive considering, endurance, positive refocusing and focus on thought etc. The results of correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that students’ life events not only directly influence depression, but also through positive and negative cognitive emotion regulation to gave influence. Conclusion: Life events, cognitive emotion regulation and depression are closely related, and cognitive emotion regulation plays an intermediary role between students’ life events and depression.
