摘要
目的:编制IT员工工作成瘾问卷,并对其信效度进行检验。方法:通过对9个IT企业704名(男446人,女258人)员工进行问卷调查,采用探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析处理数据。结果:IT企业员工工作成瘾结构包括四个维度:工作动力、工作投入、工作关系和工作支配;四因素模型在验证性因素分析中得到了较好的验证;信度分析表明总问卷的α系数为0.825,各维度的α系数均在0.650以上。结论:所编问卷结构清晰,有较好的内部一致性信度,可用于我国IT行业员工心理健康等方面的临床诊断。
Objective: To discuss the status of IT employees’ workaholism. Methods: Based on the Workaholism Questionnaire in IT Employee designed independently, a survey of 704 IT employees from nine companies in China was taken. The methods included exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Results: The workaholism of IT employee was composed of four key dimensions: work impetus, work involvement, work relation and work control. Reliability analysis revealed that the full questionnaire’s Cronbach α=0.825, and the reliability of each dimension was beyond Cronbach α=0.650. Conclusion: The questionnaire has good 4-dimension structure, acceptable internal consistency and can be used in clinical diagnoses of IT employees’ mental health.
