摘要
目的:探讨高校青年教师职业压力源的结构维度。方法:通过深度访谈30名高校青年教师,初步编制53个压力源项目,对57名被试预测后保留了42个项目,对325名高校青年教师进行正式施测。结果:①探索性因素分析发现高校青年教师职业压力源由7个因子构成,分别是评价与考核、教学与管理、学术科研、晋升、个人发展、人际关系、社会影响。②验证性因素分析表明一阶七因子模型拟合程度优于二阶一因子模型。③量表Cronbach’sα系数和分半信度分别是0.9160,0.8450。结论:信效度分析表明将高校青年教师职业压力源分成七个维度比较合理。
Objective: To explore structure dimensions about young university teachers’ occupational stressors. Methods: After thirty college teachers were deeply interviewed, 53 items were made to test 57 subjects originally and only 42 items were retained. Then, another 325 subjects were investigated formally. Results: ①Exploratory factor analysis identified that the occupational stressors for young university teachers included seven factors, which were evaluation and examination, teaching and management, academic research, promotion, personal development, personal communication and social influence. ②Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that one-way model was better than two-way model. ③The Cronbach’s α coefficient, split-half reliability were 0.9160, and 0.8450. Conclusion: Reliability and validity analysis indicates that it is decent to deem young university teachers’ occupational stressors as seven dimensions.
