摘要
介绍了区域知识竞争力的评价模型,它建立在新的人力资本理论和经济增长的内生模型基础上.根据该模型对世界主要区域知识竞争力的评价结果,比较分析了上海在知识竞争力方面的整体表现和结构问题,揭示了其创新系统"短板".
It introduces the evaluation model of regional knowledge competitiveness which stems from new theories of human resources and endogenous growth model of economy. Based on the evaluation results of regional knowledge com- petitiveness with this model, it compares and analyzes the whole performance and structure problems of Shanghai＇s knowledge competitiveness, and reveals the shortcomings of its innovation system.
