总结了国内外创业成功理论的研究现状,分析了中国创业环境及中小企业发展现状,在对上海市创业投资企业和创业企业调查的基础上,着重探讨了中国创业者成功的内在环境和因素,以分众传媒案例进行研究,提出了我国对创业企业进行培育和支持的政策建议.

It summarizes the status in quo of theoretical research about entrepreneurial success at home and abroad, and analyzes the business environment and the development of entrepreneurial enterprises in China. Based on the investigation of the venture capital business and the entrepreneurial enterprises, it focuses on the environmental and the internal factors of successful entrepreneurs, and researches the classic case of Focus Media. Finally, it provides political suggestions which foster and support Chinese entrepreneurial enterprises accordingly.
