Patent is the most important part of intelligent property. The implementation of patent strategy should be measured with a standard. With this purpose, it establishes a performance assessment index system of patent strategy, and probes into the principles of establishing the index system, data collection and calculation, classification and framework of the system, index interpretation and data source. It aims to provide a reference for monitoring and evaluating the patent strategy.
