摘要
《金瓶梅词话》作为我国第一部以描写家庭生活为主要内容的章回小说,涉及到大量的宴饮描写。全书约有228处宴饮描写,其数量之多在小说史上是空前绝后的。与其他明清小说中的宴饮描写相比较,《金瓶梅词话》中的宴饮描写有许多鲜明的特点:在布局分布上,宴饮描写相对集中在第九至七十九回,并以第七十八回的数量最多;在描写密度上,大宴小请频繁交替、交叉上演,不避重复;在与节日的关系上,节日的安排是为宴饮描写服务的;在宴饮内容上,包含饮食、唱曲、游园赏景等丰富的内容,并表现出浓重的市井特色。《金瓶梅词话》中的宴饮描写在宴饮内容的纵深扩展及小说叙事观念的转变方面都具有开拓意义,对《林兰香》、《红楼梦》等著作产生了深远影响。
Being the first traditional novel describing family life in China, "Chin Ping Mei" describes feasts massively. According to the author's statistics, there are approximately 228 descriptions of feasts in the book and is unprecedented in novel history. Compared with the feast descriptions of the novels in Ming and Qing Dynasty, the description in "Chin Ping Mei" have some distinctive characteristics: the description of feasts appeared mostly in 9th to 79th chapter and in the 78th chapter the quantity is the largest; the big and small feasts perform alternately and the novel does not evade repeation; the arrangement of holiday serves the description of feasts; food, the music and songs, the wine games and so on are described, which reflects strong urban characteristics. The feasts description in "Chin Ping Mei" has great significance in enlarging the contents of feasts and transforming the novel's narrative ideas, and has the profound influence on "A Dream of Red Mansions" , "Lin Lan Xiang" and so on.
