教师有偿家教是一种寻租行为,是由于教育资源供求失衡、信息不对称的因素造成的,为此我们要完善教育供给体制,采取激励和约束、管理与监督相结合的措施来解决这个问题。

Teacher being the paid tutor was a kind of rent - seeking behavior, because education resources is imbal- ance between the supply and demand and information is not symmetrical. So we should improve the mechanism for the supply of education, combine incentive and restraint, management and supervision to solve this problem.
