摘要
人力资源管理专业的实践教学体系由以下内容组成:目标体系,包括认知目标、技能目标、情意目标;内容体系,包括认识实习、以完成学年论文为主要目的的专业见习、模拟实验和课内教学设计、提升综合专业能力的专业实习、综合强化环节毕业论文的写作和学生课外素质拓展活动等;管理体系,包括实践教学管理制度的健全、实践基地的建立和经营、加大实习经费的投入,以及教师实践能力的提升等。
The practice teaching system for human resources management majors consists of objective method in terms of its cognition, skills and affection; Content method including the practice of understanding, academic practices aiming to accomplish yearly thesis, stimulated experiment and the design of in- class teaching, graduation thesis writing, students' after - class activities ; Management method covering the improvement of practice teaching method, the building and running of practice teaching bases and other matters like budgeting more for practice teaching, the promotion of teachers practice ability and so on.
