二维EBG结构及覆盖目标散射特性研究

摘要 利用时域有限差分方法模拟电磁波在二维电磁带隙结构中的传播,计算了不同模式的电磁波入射下的S参数,研究目标覆盖周期性介质层结构的散射特性。计算结果表明,电磁带隙结构的周期性层数能够影响衰减深度,但不会影响阻带范围,而且对TM波和TE波有不同的阻带特性,由于电磁带隙的作用,周期性介质层能够降低目标的雷达散射截面,为目标隐身提供了一种新方向。 Electromagnetic wave propagation is simulated in 2-D electromagnetic bad-gap (EBG) structure with finite difference time domain (FDTD) method, S parameters in different modes are culculated, and the object scatter character covered with EBG structure is studied. The calculated results show that the number of periodic structure layers can increase attenuation depth and cannot increase gap range. And EBG structure has different responses to TM and TE waves. For the gap effect EBG can reduce radar cross section (RCS) of the objects, thus providing a new direction for target stealth.
