车用开关磁阻电机起动/发电/助力一体化系统研究 被引量:10

摘要 介绍了一种基于DSP和CPLD的车用开关磁阻电机起动/发电/助力一体化系统。该系统研制了一台3 kW12/10结构开关磁阻电机作为机电能量转换装置,采用TM S320F 240型DSP和EPM 7128S型CPLD构成数字控制器,可实现汽车的起动、助力、发电等一体化功能。在控制策略上,起动时以获得最大电磁转矩为优化目标,助力时兼顾转矩和效率,发电时则根据蓄电池的荷电情况自动选择恒流充电和恒压充电。实验结果表明,本文提出的车用开关磁阻电机起动/发电/助力一体化系统具有优良的电动、发电及缺相运行性能,能满足汽车的起动、助力、发电等一体化功能要求。 A switched reluctance motor(SRM) is presented for integrated starter alternator driver system based on digital signal processor(DSP) and complex programmable logic device (CPLD). A 3 kW sixphase 12/10 SRM is used as a type of integrative device. It realizes the conversion from the mechanistic energy to the electric energy or conversely, and the digital controller based on DSP TMS320F240 and CPLD EPMT128S is designed. The system can be applied to hybrid vehicles to realize starting, generating and assistant propulsion. The control strategies are as follows: obtaining the maximum electromagnetic torque is aimed at starting; the high torque and the high efficiency are aimed at the process of assistant propulsion; the generating is according to the energy of storage battery, thus the system can automatically select constant voltage charging and constant current charging. In this paper, the operational principles of SRM in all kinds of operation state and relevant control method are given. Experimental results indicate that the system has good performance in starting, generating and assistant driving.
