摘要
提出了基于可拓学的管制人员工作负荷评价模型。借鉴SHEL模型思想,建立了影响个体管制员工作负荷的18项重要指标体系,依据专家群体决策确定其权重,构造各评定等级的经典域和全体等级的节域模型,通过计算待评定工作负荷和评定等级之间的关联度确定个体管制员工作负荷等级。通过具体实例的应用,检验了该方法的可行性。评价结果可为管制员绩效管理方面提供决策依据。
The integrated evaluation model of the controller workload based on extenics is presented. By analyzing the questionnaire, 18 kinds of the indexes and the proportions influencing the controller workload are obtained. The condition set is constructed and the correlation value of the sample with practical data is calculated. The correlation function and the weight function are built. By the calculated value, the category is selected. The sample confirms that the method is feasible. The result shows that the method is new attempt for evaluating the human reliability in ATC system. The evaluation result can provide a criteria in decision-making for the management of the controller performance.
