齿轮装置中机件产生磨损时，总要有金属磨损颗粒脱落于润滑油中，其含量多少反映了金属件的磨损程度。叙述了通过一种新型的磁阻式传感器测量齿轮装置润滑油液中金属颗粒的含量的方法，以达到在线监测齿轮装置磨损程度的目的。

When the mechanical parts are worn, always there are wear particles falling off in lubricating oil. The content of wear particles may reflect wear degree of mechanical parts. A new magnetic resistance sensor to measure the content of metal particles in lubricating oil is used, monitoring wear degree of mechanical parts.
