摘要
目的：建立测定森登-4中总黄酮含量的方法。方法：采用紫外可见分光光度法测定，检测波长为525nm。结果：槲皮素在浓度6．657-33．285μg,／mL范围内，呈良好线性关系。回归方程Y=12382X＋00068（r=0．9996）。线性关系良好，加样回收率为99．75％，RSD为1．09％。结论：该方法简便、灵敏、准确，可用于森登-4中总黄酮的含量测定。
Objective：To establish the content determination method for total flavone in Sendeng - 4. Methods：Detecting the content at wavelength of 525nm by means of ultraviolet visible spectropho-tometry. Results： Quercetin had a linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 6.657-33.285 μg/mL and the regression equation was Y=1.2382X＋0.0068 （r=0.9996）. The average recovery for quereetin was 99.75%, RSD was 1.09%. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and can be used for total flavone determination in Sendeng-4.
