摘要
目的:建立测定森登-4中总黄酮含量的方法。方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法测定,检测波长为525nm。结果:槲皮素在浓度6.657-33.285μg,/mL范围内,呈良好线性关系。回归方程Y=12382X+00068(r=0.9996)。线性关系良好,加样回收率为99.75%,RSD为1.09%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于森登-4中总黄酮的含量测定。
Objective:To establish the content determination method for total flavone in Sendeng - 4. Methods:Detecting the content at wavelength of 525nm by means of ultraviolet visible spectropho-tometry. Results: Quercetin had a linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 6.657-33.285 μg/mL and the regression equation was Y=1.2382X+0.0068 (r=0.9996). The average recovery for quereetin was 99.75%, RSD was 1.09%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and can be used for total flavone determination in Sendeng-4.
