胜红蓟中总黄酮含量与产地生态环境关系的初步研究 被引量:7

摘要 用SPSS l3.0软件对胜红蓟中总黄酮含量与产地的气候、土壤等因子进行多样本回归分析。结果表明:胜红蓟的总黄酮含量与年日照时数和土壤速效钾含量有明显的正相关性,其回归方程分别为:总黄酮含量(mg/g)=-48.311+0.034×年日照时数(h);总黄酮含量(mg/g)=-5.024+0.172×土壤速效钾含量(mg/kg)。因此产地的年日照时数和土壤速效钾含量是影响胜红蓟总黄酮含量的主导生态因子。 By using SPSS 13.0 software, the relationship between total flavonoid content and growth environment (climate, soil and so on) of Ageratum conyzoides was studied. The results showed that there were significantly positive correlations between the total flavonoid content and annual sunshine hours as well as soil available potassium content, the regressive equations were as follows: the total flavonoid content (mg/g) = -48.311 + O. 034 ~ annual sunshine hours (h), the total flavonoid content (mg/g) = -5. 024 + 0. 172 ~ available potassium content in the soil (mg/kg). So the annual sunshine hours and soil available potassium content in the area of planting Ageratum conyzoides are the major influential factors of the quality of Ageratum conyzoides.
