摘要
通过设计9个配方,研究了不同培养基对亚香棒虫草菌丝体生长的影响。结果表明,配方3(绿豆芽250 g、白糖10 g、琼脂10 g、KH2PO40.5 g、MgSO40.5 g、蛋白胨0.25 g、水500 mL)和配方7(葡萄糖15 g、淀粉20 g、琼脂15 g、硝酸钾1 g、氯化钙0.05 g、硫酸锰0.1 g、蛋白胨2 g、水500 mL)为最佳配方,亚香棒虫草菌丝体在这两个配方培养基上生长得又好又快。
The effects of nine different media on the growth of myeelium of Cordyeeps hawkesii Gray were studied. Experimental resultsshowed that formulation No. 3 ( mungbean sprout 2 5 0 g, white sugar 1 0 g, agar 1 0 g, KH2 PO40. 5 g, MgSO4 0.5 g, peptone 0.25 g, water 500 mE) and formulation No. 7 (glucose 15 g, amylum 20 g, agar 15 g, KNOs 1 g, CaC12 0.05 g, MgSO4 0. 1 g, pep- tone 2 g, water 500 mL) were the optimum formulations. The growth of myeelium of Cordyceps hawkesii Gray was fast and well on the above - mentioned two medium formulations.
