胸苷酸合成酶和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶π在食管鳞癌中的表达及意义 被引量:4

Expression and significance of thymidylate synthase and glutathione-s-transferase π in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨胸苷酸合成酶(TS)和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶π(GST-π)在食管鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测102例手术切除的食管鳞癌石蜡标本和28例正常食管黏膜中TS、GST-π的表达。结果TS在正常食管黏膜和食管鳞癌中的阳性表达率分别为17.86%和42.16%(P<0.05);在高分化食管鳞癌中的表达(21.88%)显著低于中、低分化食管鳞癌中的表达(51.43%)(P<0.01);男性患者阳性表达率(46.51%)显著高于女性(18.75%)(P<0.05)。GST-π在正常食管黏膜和食管鳞癌中的阳性表达率分别为78.57%和53.92%(P<0.05);在高分化食管鳞癌中的表达(65.63%)高于低分化食管鳞癌中的表达(35.00%)(P<0.05)。结论TS在食管鳞癌中表达明显增加,而GST-π的表达减弱,它们可以作为食管鳞癌诊断的分子标志物。 Objective To investigate the expression of thymidylate synthase (TS) and glutathione-s-transferase π (GST-π) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and their correlations with clinicopathologic data. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of TS and GST-π in 102 surgical resected cases of formalin fixed, paraffin emhedded ESCC tissue sections and 28 normal esophageal mucosa. Results TS was positively stained immunohistoehemically in 17. 86% of normal esophageal mueosa and in 42.16% of ESCC (P〈0. 05). The expression level of TS was significantly lower in well differentiated carcinomas (21.88%) than that in poorly differentiated (51. 43%) (P〈0.01). The expression level of TS was higher in male patients (46. 51%) than that in female patients (18. 75%)(P〈0. 05). GST-π was positively stained immunohistoehemically in 78.57% of normal esophageal mucosa and 53. 92% of ESCC (P〈0. 05). The expression level of GST-π was significantly higher in well differentiated carcinomas (65.63%) than that in poorly differentiated (35.00%) (P〈0.05). Conclusion The expressions of TS and GST-π are obviously increased, which may be taken as the molecular markers in the diagnosis of ESCC.
