高频超声和X线钼靶联合手诊在乳腺癌诊断中的价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声和X线钼靶联合手诊检查在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析159例经术后病理证实的女性乳腺癌患者术前的彩色多普勒超声、X线钼靶和手诊检查资料。结果彩色多普勒超声和X线钼靶检查对乳腺癌诊断的敏感性分别为77.9%和75.5%,两者联合应用诊断的敏感性为88.1%,彩色多普勒超声、X线钼靶和手诊三者联合诊断的敏感性为91.2%。结论彩色多普勒超声、钼靶X线检查和手诊联合应用可显著提高乳腺癌诊断率。 Objective To study the value of high-frequency ultrasonography (HFUS), mammography combined with physical examination in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The preoperative data of HFUS,mammography and physical examination from 159 cases of breast cancer confirmed histologically after operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results The accordancc rates of diagnosing breast cancer were 77.9% for HFUS, 75. 5% for mammography, 88. 1% for HFUS combined with mammography, and 91.2% for combined use of the three methods. Conclusion Combined use of HFUS, mammography and physical examination can significantly increase the diagnosis rate of breast cancer.
