摘要
原始神经外胚叶瘤（primitive neuroectodermal tumors，PNET）是一组未分化的小细胞恶性肿瘤，可向神经元性、胶质细胞性、间叶组织分化。临床上分为中枢型PNET（cP-NET）和外周型PNET（pPNET）。PNET发病率低，尤其是外周型，占所有软组织肉瘤约1％，文献多为个案报道。现总结36例pPNET患者临床资料，探讨其临床特征、预后影响因素及治疗方法。
