放射抗拒性人鼻咽癌细胞系CNE-2R的建立 被引量:4

摘要 研究表明癌细胞经射线反复照射后能产生放射抗拒性,但鼻咽癌细胞是否可通过射线反复照射方法在分子水平获得稳定的具有放射抗拒性的新细胞系?研究拟以不同剂量反复照射人鼻咽低分化鳞癌细胞系CNE-2以期建立稳定的放射抗拒鼻咽癌细胞系CNE-2R,为研究鼻咽癌放射抗拒机理提供有力的研究工具。
