摘要
本文从信息技术、放宽管制和全球化的三股巨大力量出发，以第三次浪潮中的美国经济技术迅速发展为例，说明全球化是一个不可阻挡的历史潮流。作者在最后提出了自己对我国通信业发展的几点建议：放松管制，促进发展；放开经济，平等竞争；降低通信费用，加快扩大用户。
Taking the three great forces, Information technology, relaxing controls and globalization as the starting points and the economy and technology development in USA as good examples, the author points out that globalizating is an irresistible historical trend. In order to speed up the development of the communication industry in China, the author gives three suggestions, relaxing controls, following the opining policy and decreasing the communication fees.
