摘要
本文通过对作者曾经研究的单片机步进式位置闭环控制系统进行分析讨论,从而提出了一种新型的控制方案,它更适宜于机床步进拖动的位置闭环控制。本方案对于现有的机床步进式开环系统进行技术改造,以及设计新型的步进式闭环系统都是很有益处的。
After analyz and discuss on the single-chip microcomputer based position closed-loop control system of stepped motion which the authors have researched, a new type of control system is gived in this paper. The system is more suitable in position closed-loop control of machine tool drived by step motor, and is benifit to reform the current position open-loop control system of machine tool drived by step motor, and to design a new position closed-loop control system of stepped motion.
