内眦赘皮与上睑皮肤松弛同期矫正的设计及效果观察

The planning and the effectiveness in double eyelid blepharoplasty of epicanthal folds

目的:探寻同期矫正内眦赘皮与上睑皮肤松弛的适宜方法,并观察效果。方法:在内眦部设计不对称Z成形术的同时设计切开重睑成形线,使部分内眦赘皮切口设计线与切开重睑线相延续,同时切开皮肤形成皮瓣并去除松弛的皮肤,达到内眦赘皮与上睑皮肤松弛同期矫正。结果:应用此法同期矫正内眦赘皮与上睑皮肤松弛62例,随访6个月～1年,均获满意的美学效果。结论:这是一种可广泛应用、简便有效、有良好美学效果的手术方式。

Objective To explore an ideal plastic operation of incorporating epicanthal folds with the blepharochalasis in one stage. Methods Canthoplasties were perform by using asymmetrice Z-plasty. The shaping line of cutting double eyelid was designed to last the cutting line of epicanthal folds. At the same time, a skin flap was made and the redundant slack skin was excised. Results From 2005 to 2008, all 62 cases were operated and satisfactory aesthetic results were obtained in the follow-up periods. Conclusion This is a simple and effective operation procedure with good results that can be widely used.
