大坝风险分析和管理包含可靠性理论、事故的概率分析、事件树分析技术、大坝的溃决分析、溃坝的经济分析和风险人口分析,及降低风险的工程和非工程技术等,其最终目的是把大坝风险降低到使公众可接受的水平.介绍了大坝风险管理的内容,供大坝安全管理者参考.

The analysis and management of dam risk includes the reliability theory, probability analysis of accident, the analysis technology of incident tree,failure analysis of dam, economic analysis of dam failure and risk population analysis and the engineerign and no-engineering technology of reducing risk. Its object is to reduce dam risk to the acceptable level for the public. This paper introduced this technology for the relevent technician.
