摘要
通过对设计阶段中工程造价管理所存在的问题进行探讨,提出了实现建设项目工程造价在设计阶段的有效控制的主要途径和措施.
The existing problems of project cost management in the design stage are discussed. The main way and measure of controlling project cost in the design stage of projects are proposed. It can be referred for the investor.
