The monitoring hydrologic data is printed to a hydrologic yearbook or other pattern and stored by hydrologic database in order to conveniently manage and apply. In order to manage efficiently these data, raise the service idea, increase the technological content and make good use of them, the countermeasure is proposed in this paper.
