摘要
本系统是为解决用纸的超定量问题而研制的系统。本文首先对该系统的设计思想进行了充分的阐述,分析了测试部分是保证精度的主要环节,给出了用微型机进行控制与处理的方案;其次,详细介绍了该系统各部分的构成与工作原理,得出该系统的理论设计是可行的,实践运行良好,有较好的经济效益。
This system is developed for solving the problem of using extra quantity paper beyond the standard. Firstly this thesis gives a full statement on the designing idea of the system, analyses that the main link of keeping precision is the measuring division, and gives out the plan to use microcomputer for control and processing. Next, the thesis also introduces in detail the construction of every division of the system, the principle of operating related to each other,acquires the results that the theoretical design of the system is feasible, practical operation is good and it has a better economical benefit.
