摘要
介绍一种在实际应用中已见成效的小水泥配料控制系统。应用荧光钙铁分析仪,在线检测CaO、Fe_2O_3含量,用自校正控制算法,并综合人掌握的信息和经验,实现自动控制。取得了较好效果。于1986年10月通过省级鉴定,获1986年度省科技进步奖。
The thesis mainly introduces the control system of small cement's raw materials batching with good results gotten in practical applications. With the fluorescence analysis instrument of calcium and iron, the system makes on-line checking of the content of calcium oxide and ferric oxide by using self-correcting control algorithm and integrates the man-maetered information and experience to implement the automatic-control wholly and relatively good results avegotten.The achievement, in october, 1986 has passed through the provincial examination and won the prize of scientific progressing in Yunnan province.
