盆底器官脱垂患者耻骨宫颈筋膜中TGF-β_1和CTGF的表达 被引量:2

Expression of TGF-Beta_1 and CTGF in Pubocervical Fascia of Pelvic Organ Prolapse

摘要 目的:探讨盆底器官脱垂(POP)患者转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)在耻骨宫颈筋膜组织中的表达。方法:选取30例盆底器官脱垂患者(POP组),其中Ⅱ级10例,Ⅲ级10例,Ⅳ级10例,采用免疫组化SP二步法检测耻骨宫颈筋膜中TGF-β1和CTGF的表达,并选择同期20例非卵巢功能性肿瘤和宫颈上皮内瘤变患者作为对照(对照组)。结果:TGF-β1和CTGF在POP患者耻骨宫颈筋膜组织中表达显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且其表达与POP-Q分期呈负相关(r=-0.409,-0.572;P<0.05);TGF-β1和CTGF两者的表达呈正相关性(r=0.401,P<0.05)。结论:POP患者盆底支持结构的退行性病变与组织中的TGF-β1和CTGF表达减少有关。 Objective: To explore the relationship between the expression of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) or connective issue growth factor (CTGF) in pubocervical fascia and the occurrence of pelvic organ prolapse (POP). Methods. The biopsy specimens in pubocervical fascia were obtained from 50 subjects undergoing hysterectomia, who were assigned in the control, POP-Q Ⅱ , POP-QⅢ and POP QⅣ groups. The histological structures in pubocervical fascia were examined with routine HE staining and Masson's trichrome staining. TGF-β1 and CTGF in structures in pubocervical fascia were evaluated by immunohistochemical staining. Results, There were significant differences of TGF-β1 and CTGF between POP groups and control group(P〈0.05). The expression of TGF-β1 and CTGF correlated with POP-Q (r=-0. 409,-0. 572;P〈0.05). The expression of TGF-β1 in POP was also related with CTGF expression (r = 0. 401, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: There is a close relationship between degeneration of pelvic support construction and deficiency in TGF-β1 and CTGF expression in pubocervical fascia of POP patients.
