壮药溃结栓纳肛给药对溃疡性结肠炎模型动物的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察壮药溃结栓对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)模型动物血浆血小板活化因子(PAF)及结肠组织病理改变等的影响。方法:UC模型动物编号抽签随机分为3组,每组8只。另取8只健康Wistar大鼠为空白对照组。分别予以壮药溃结丸、柳氮磺胺吡啶栓剂及不含药物的基质肛栓剂肛栓给药治疗,观察治疗前后各指标的变化。结果:处理组、标准组、空白组3组PAF含量相互比较均无明显差异(P>0.05)。同时,均明显低于实验组PAF含量(P<0.05)。处理组与标准组病理切片观察可见病变减轻,溃疡愈合,黏膜腺体增生好转,杯状细胞增多,隐窝脓肿消失等。结论:壮药溃结丸可改善UC模型动物结肠组织病理改变,降低其血浆PAF值,这可能是壮药溃结丸治疗UC的机理之一。 Objective: To observe the effects of the Zhuang Medicine Kuijie pills on the plasma PAF and the colon histopathology in model rats. Methods: The model rats with ulcerative colitis were with randomly divided into three groups with eight in each group, and were separately administated Zhuang Medicine Kuijie pills, SASP plug and the matrix plug without medicine via anus. Another eight healthy rats were involved as health controls. The plasma PAF and histopathological changes before and after treatment were compared. Results: The plasma PAF levels were significantly higher in the three model groups than in the healthy controls (P〈0.05), but no differences were found among the three model ones (P〉0.05). Both Zhuang Medicine and SASP treated group showed decreased histopathological changes with ulceration healing, increased goblet cells and loss of crypt abscess when compared with the matrix plug group. Conclusion: The Zhuang Medicine Kuijie pills may decrease the plasma PAF level and thus improve the pathologi cal changes of ulcerative colitis in model rats.
