摘要 通过钢铁生产工艺流程技术的演进并结合国情,阐述如何看待和参与电炉流程发展及钢铁企业可持续发展。叙述了钢铁生产工艺流程技术的发展简史,对长、短流程技术做了比较,同时列出了电炉炼钢技术进步要点,分析了我国电炉流程存在的问题,特别提出了对我国电炉流程的认识。预计到本世纪中叶,长、短两种流程会互相渗透、并存发展直至两者在一个最佳点上达到平衡,不远的将来,新的钢铁制造流程一定会出现。 Through analyzing the evolution of iron and steel making process under the situation within China, the article expatiated on the opinion and involvement at the progress of electric are furnace process as well as the sustainable development of iron and steel enterprises. The article recited the history of iron and steel making process development, compared the short process technology and long process technology, and analyzed the open problems on the electric arc furnace process in China. The article put forward new understanding on the electric arc furnace process in China. It is predicted that by mid of this century, the long and short iron and steel mak- ing process will interpenetrate with each other, develop muturally and get balanced at a certain point, new iron and steel making process will come into being in the near future.
