摘要
通过对桥式起重机主梁进行受力计算,校核了主梁在两种环境温度下的强度和刚度,结果表明,温度对主梁刚度影响很小,刚度在许用范围内,满足使用要求。主梁下挠变形的主要原因是受热引起的最大复合应力超过许用值,达到了屈服极限值,强度不满足要求。可采取在主梁下盖板外增加隔热层或降低负荷使用的防护措施。
The intensity and rigidity of bridge crane main beam at normal temperature and higher environment temperature were checked by the force calculation of the main beam. The results showed that the infection of temperature on the rigidity of the main beam was very small, which was in admissible range and met the operating requirements. The main reason of the main beam down deflection was that the most complex stress exceeded the admissible value and achieved the yield limit value. Then the intensity did not meet the requirement. The protective measures are adding heat insulation layer below the under-beard or reducing operating load.
