Learning from the Electric Network Planning in Western Anyang: Some Thoughts on the Typical End of Grid Planning

"十一五"以来,随着国家整体经济的快速、持续发展,大负荷工业用户增长迅速,全省负荷水平不断创下新高,由此对河南电网的规划提出了更高的要求。本文就如何解决当前负荷增长迅猛,电网建设相对滞后的突出矛盾,以安阳西部电网为典型例子,提出探讨意见,对类似的区域性电网发展规划具有一定的参考意义。

During the period of ＂11th Five-Year Plan＂ ,the economy of our country has experienced a quick and continuous development.Therefore, there is a rapid growth in the number of the large-load industrial consumers.With the load level creates the new record continually, there is a higher requirement for the planning of the power grid in Henan province.This article aims at the settlement of the contradiction between the rapid development of load and the relatively lag of electric network construction.Taking the electric network in western Anyang as a typical example,this article puts forward some discussional suggestions.It is of considerable referential importance in the planning of the similar regional electric network planning.
