摘要 叙述了能同时敏感运动物体线加速度和角速率的加速度计陀螺的原理、结构及微机械加速度计陀螺的性能。 The principle,construction of the vibrating gyro with accelerometers are described,which can detect linear acceleration and angular velocity simutaneously.The performances of the micromachined gyro with accelerometers are also introduced in the paper.
