摘要 修正了有关文献给出的关于光折变晶体响应时间的统一解折表达式。全面地分析了光折变晶体固有参数对响应时间的影响,并通过实验进行了验证,得出了施主和受主浓度是决定响应时间的关键因素的结论,对研究和制备快响应光折变晶体等方面的工作具有较大的指导意义。 In this paper,the united formula given by relative refrence corresponding to response time of photorefractive crystals has been modified.Inherent paratmeters of photorefractive crystals for response time have been fully analysized,and verified by experiments.We get the result that the concentrations of donor and acceptor are the key factors to response time,which has great guiding value to study and production of photorefractive crystals with high response time and other work.
