摘要
从以人为本的观点出发,分析了在就业市场的导向下,当代大学生在校期间对知识需求更加趋向于实用主义的特点.提出了在新的形势下高校图书馆要从传统的以馆藏资源为中心的管理模式转变到以知识为中心的现代管理模式;并就面向学生在知识导航、知识挖掘和知识共享三个方面如何用知识管理的思想和方法,为读者提供更好的服务进行了探讨.
From human-oriented viewpoint, this paper analyzes some characteristics of pragmatism of the contemporary university students have for the requircments of knowledge in the guidance of employment market. In the new situation, the university library should be changed from the traditional management model of resource-centered to modem management model of knowledge-centered. It also discusses how to utilize knowledge management to provide readers with better services in knowledge navigation, knowledge mining and knowledge-sharing for students.
