青少年犯罪社区矫正环境分析——基于对江西省中学生犯罪社区矫正的环境调查

青少年犯罪社区矫正环境主要包括社区环境、家庭环境、教育环境和法律环境等几个方面。构建合格的矫正环境是社区矫正工作得以实质性开展的前提和基础。目前,江西省在社区环境上存在基层机构不健全、专业人力资源匮乏、社区功能缺失的现状;家庭环境中不完整家庭、"留守孩"家庭较多现象也给矫正带来了不利影响;教育环境缺乏制度上的保障;法律环境在具体的法规建设上仍是空白,社会群众的法律认识也存在误区。加强社区基层基础建设、建立"试学"机制等是构建青少年犯罪社区矫正环境的必要前提。

Juvenile delinquency community rectification circumstance include community circumstance, family circumstance, education circumstance and legal circumstance several aspects. Build eligible rectification circumstance is the precondition and basic of development of community rectification working.At present,Jiangxi province exist the actuality of distemperedness of grass roots institution,pinch of professional human resource,be short of community function in community circumstance;in family circumstance, incomplete family and ＂left-behind children＂ family also take disadvantageous influence to rectification; in education circumstance, without guarantee of system; in legal circumstance, there is still a blank in material building of law, and the cognition of public also exists erroneous zones. Reinforce the building of community grass roots, establish ＂trial study＂ mechanism is the precondition of Juvenile delinquency community rectification circumstance.
