结节性痒疹患者血清中食物不耐受sIgG、IgG亚型和TNF-α水平测定 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨食物不耐受sIgG(FI-sIgG)和TNF-α在结节性痒疹发病机制中的作用。方法应用ELISA和散射比浊法分别检测34例结节性痒疹患者和20例正常人血清中FI-sIgG、TNF-α、总IgG和IgG亚型水平。结果结节性痒疹组血清中FI-sIgG阳性率和TNF-α水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,结节性痒疹组血清中IgG1、IgG4水平明显升高,而IgG2水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论食物不耐受导致TNF-α上调可能参与结节性痒疹的发病。 Objective To study the role of food intolerance-specific IgG (FI-sIgG) and TNF-αin the pathogenesis of prurigo nodularis (PN).Methods Serum level s of FI-sIgG, TNF-α, total IgG and IgG subtypes in 34 PN patients and 20 normal controls were measured by ELISA and nephelometry assay, respectively. Results Prevalence of serum FI-sIgG and level of TNF-α were significantly higher in PN group than those in control group (P〈 0.05). Compared with control group, serum level of IgG1 and IgG4 increased, but that of IgG2 decreased in PN group (P〈0.05). Conclusion TNF-α upexpression induced by food intolerance may be involved in the pathogenesis of PN.
