国产锅炉机组在长期运行中,排烟温度普遍高于设计值。排烟温度升高,排烟损失增大,从而导致锅炉效率降低。通过理论分析,并结合现场经验,对引起排烟温度升高的原因进行分析,提出了相应的解决措施和建议。

The temperature of exhaust fume is common higher than the value of desigu for boiler to operate in long term made in China. Higher the temperature of exhaust fume, higher the loss of exhaust fume, causes the lower thermal efficiency of boiler. The paper analyzed the reasons why the higher temperature of exhaust fume is caused and proposed some measures and suggestions to solve it.
