纺丝工艺参数对初生PBO纤维性能的影响

摘要 采用干喷-湿法液晶纺丝技术制得初生PBO纤维,对纺丝原液浓度、纺丝温度、纺丝压力、拉伸比等几个主要工艺参数的选择进行了讨论,分析了这些工艺参数对初生PBO纤维性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着聚合物浓度的升高,PBO的分子量增大,制得纤维的拉伸强度增大;最佳纺丝温度为160~180℃;纺丝压力提高,有利于纺丝;拉伸比增大,有利于提高纤维的性能。 Poly (p-phenylene-2,6-benzohisoxazole) (PBO) was prepared by means of dry-jet wet spinning. Some main processing parameters were discussed, such as concentration of spinning solution, temperature, pressure and stretch ratio. The effects of these parameters on the properties of PBO fibers were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of polymer solution concentration, molecular weight and tensile strength of the PBO fibers rise;the optimum spinning temperature is 160 - 180 ℃ ;the higher pressure is favorable for spinning, and the bigger stretch ratio is favorable for improving the properties of the PBO fibers.
