摘要
采用纳米压痕分析法和超声波扫描显微镜分析法,研究了NEPE推进剂/衬层粘接界面层的厚度。纳米压痕分析结果表明,界面层与粘接物的细观力学性能有明显差异,差异区域的厚度约为80μm;超声波扫描显微镜分析结果表明,界面层是非均匀性的复杂实体,计算出来老化粘接界面的厚度为84.94μm。计算结果和测试值基本一致,认为NEPE推进剂/衬层粘接界面层的厚度为80—85μm。
Thickness of bondline for NEPE propellant/liner was studied by using nano-impress and scanning acoustic microscopy (SAM) methods. Results of nano-impress show that there is distinct difference between interface and bonded substance, with the thickness of about 80 μm. Results of SAM show that interface is a kind of heterogeneous substantiality and the thickness of unaged interface is figured out 84.94 μm. The calculation results agree substantially with the experiment data, so the thickness of bondline interface for NEPE propellant/liner is about 80 -85 μm.
