摘要 分析了烧结机箅条糊堵现象的机理,采取了减少烧结过湿层,对除尘灰均衡使用,改变篦条结构,增加烧结机篦条振打装置等措施,最终解决了烧结机篦条糊堵问题。 Based on an analysis of mechanism of sintering machine bar grate being paste-blocked, measures such as reducing overmoistening layers, balanced use of dust, change of the structure of bar grates and adding rapping apparatus to sintering machine bar grates were adopted. Finally the problem of paste-blockage was settled.
