摘要
通过对Q345B裂边宽带钢化学成分、机械性能、金相组织、夹杂物的检验分析,发现是由于铸坯存在原始裂纹,轧制中大量夹杂物及过高锰含量导致裂纹的进一步扩展,最终形成裂边。
Through an analysis of chemical compositions, mechanical properties, metallographic structures, inclusions of Q345B wide strip steel,it was found that original cracks exist in casting blank and that while rolling,a great amount of inclusions and too high content of manganese lead to the further expansion of them, ultimately to form burst edges.
